Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders expressly marked as eligible in the store.

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our logistics centers. During peak periods, special campaigns, promotions, or holidays, preparation and delivery times may be longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Preparation Time

The estimated preparation time for orders is 1 to 4 business days from the purchase confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once the order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time for Europe is 7 to 15 business days.

These times are estimates and may be affected by logistical issues, peak periods, operational controls, holidays, or delays by the shipping company.

Confirmation and Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking information to check the shipment status.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, correct, and up-to-date shipping address when placing the order.

If you notice an error in the address provided, please contact us as soon as possible at contacto@eliaatelier.com. We will do our best to update the information before the order is processed or shipped. However, once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address.

If any issues, delays, returns, or additional costs arise as a result of an incorrect, incomplete, or erroneous address provided by the customer, these costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

If the customer needs to request a cancellation or modification of the order, they must contact us as soon as possible at contacto@eliaatelier.com.

However, once the order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, we cannot guarantee its cancellation or modification.
